Privacy policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This website belongs to Hannah Lois Alicando, a freelance virtual assistant based in Infanta, Quezon, Philippines. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share here.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the kind of help you need, your preferred date and your message. Nothing is collected when you simply browse the site.

Why I collect it

To reply to your message and to talk about working together. I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't send newsletters, and I never sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it's stored

Form messages are passed to my email inbox (Gmail) by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. If you send your message from your own email app instead, it goes straight to me. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps short-term technical logs to run and protect the site.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your message within 12 months. If we do, I keep our conversations for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or social media pixels. The font and images are hosted on the site itself, so your visit isn't shared with outside font or image services.

To see how many people visit, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and without identifying you personally, and the numbers are only ever seen as totals.

Links to other sites

Some links (for example my recommendation letter on Google Docs, or a booking page on Calendly) open other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the details you've sent, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where it applies to you, the GDPR. Just email hannahloisalicando.va@gmail.com or use the contact form and I'll take care of it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
